Chinese watercolour workshop

An intense four hours practicing the brush strokes to build fluency and handling the brush along with the correct mix of colours to create a very simple looking style.

Students were provided with plenty of materials, time and guidance.

This repetitive practice moved the students skill into a more intuitive action that brought about these impressive results!

From my point of view I am so rewarded by seeing the development in these Wisteria paintings.
