up dates on the new Zoom Classes

There has been a lot of fun and creativity along the way with the students and I learning quite a bit of technical knowledge.

The great thing is that every ones having some good social contact whilst learning how to paint.

What you see below are a selection of the practice exercises for the mountainous landscapes.


A simple and effective representation of Mount Fuji. Using dry brush for quick impressionistic sketches. A photo I took on 26th January this year of Nuneaton's Mount Fuji, Mount Judd.





Using a muddy mix of all three colours (a tertiary Mix) to create a mountain sky line. Wet in wet technique leaving the paper white to depict a water fall and an observation of the Lake district from my photo,
