Dragonfly in Mixed Media

A three hour workshop portraying this fabulous dragon fly with white wax to show the transparent wings, bright wax colours for the body and texture in the water.

Students achieved brilliant results with their initial ink drawings, the addition of wax colours and flowing water colour revealing the texture in the water.

A fun and forgiving technique developed by Claire.
